Welcome to the Lucky Car HK website and services. By using this website or booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. 1. Booking and confirmation - A booking becomes valid only after Lucky Car HK confirms it through WhatsApp, WeChat, email or another method agreed by both parties. An enquiry or initial quote is not a confirmed booking. - You must provide accurate journey details, including the date, time, full pickup and drop-off points, passenger count, luggage and flight information. We are not responsible for delay or additional arrangements caused by inaccurate or missing information. 2. Payment and cancellation - The fare, payment method, deposit and any other charges will be explained when the booking is confirmed. The final agreed details apply. - To cancel or change a journey, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Treatment of shorter notice, late cancellation or a no-show, including any charge, follows the arrangement confirmed for that booking. - We may decline future bookings from a customer who repeatedly fails to attend, refuses to pay confirmed charges or seriously breaches the service arrangement. 3. Passenger conduct - Smoking, drinking alcohol, dangerous goods and prohibited items are not allowed in the vehicle. - Passengers must keep the cabin clean. A reasonable cleaning or repair charge may apply after vomiting, staining or deliberate damage. - Passengers are responsible for valid travel documents, such as a passport, Mainland Travel Permit and any required visa. The passenger bears responsibility for delay, detention, refused entry or loss caused by document or eligibility issues. 4. Luggage limits Tell us the number and size of luggage items, including large items, when booking. The driver may refuse luggage that exceeds the vehicle’s safe capacity. A replacement vehicle or alternative arrangement may incur an additional charge. 5. Journey changes and delays Extra stops, waiting time, route changes or time changes depend on traffic and vehicle availability and may incur an additional charge. Congestion, border queues, weather, road closures, flight changes, government measures and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the transfer time. 6. Changes to these terms We may update these terms without individual notice. The revised version will be published on this website and will apply from the last-updated date shown on the page.
